When thinking about how I wanted to present my photography and writing, I chose a website design that reflects the way we communicate and encounter images today. It's built mobile-first, with a chronological layout inspired by the familiar format of a social media feed.I see value in these forms of communication. They have become a natural part of how we experience and share photographs, particularly on our phones, and I wanted to embrace that rather than ignore it. I like the simplicity of a feed, where photographs, experiences and thoughts can be shared as they develop, rather than having to fit into a finished presentation. The idea is to have a place that continues to grow with my work, where I can share not only photographs, but also some of the thinking behind them.I see this website as an ongoing part of my photographic work, rather than something that remains unchanged once it's published.
